My period is back and I ovulated last month. I'm only aware of thia sue to using natural family planning as preventative method. Quite interesting to find out when paying attention. This has me worried, because you said that ovulating early in cycle means estrogen dominance and due to short maturation time probably the egg is going to be immature and not result in a healthy baby. How early in the cycle do you characterize as early? I usually have a 29-33 day cycle and this cycle my ovulation peak showed at day 11! Is that concerning in terms of being early in the cycle? I am worried if i do conceive i will end up with miscarriage because of the reason you gave. Ive had 7 miscarriages and then 1 healthy pregnancy and she is 15 months old now. My family is a huge milk drinking family. I've always had cavities, my dentists said its a lot to do with genetics. Of course we have drank store boyght for 40 years since my dad sold his dairy cow. he had her 5-8 years o would guess. In high school she was his show cow and FFA project. When my parents started having kids it was too much to drive an hour + round trip to milk her, twice daily! And be a spouse, father and, hold a job! My brother in law worked a dairy at the end of high school and while going to college. He got free milk while working. Whole milk! It's so superior to all other milks. You are the second person on UA-cam that I've seen post about raw and the ability to consume vs pasteurized. I'm glad we are getting back to our roots with food!

I was put on clomid for 4 months and now trying letrozole. I've had irregular periods since coming off birth control but no PCOS (I was always regular before starting BC).
